Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept refunds once an order has been placed.
We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, size, or color, we will make it right by offering an exchange or sending a replacement product at no cost to you.
To request an exchange or replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.).

Please note:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues related to customer-provided designs, typos, or incorrect sizes chosen at checkout.

All exchanges and replacements must be approved before items are returned or remade.
